Our mini-courses provide a thorough introduction to topics of interest, giving the latest practical advice, and providing the tools you need to thrive and prosper. We believe it's never to late to make positive changes in your life.

Aims
Our mission is to help individuals by empowering them to benefit from learning by starting at a basic entry level that anyone with e-mail can access. It is a free resource and acts as a pathway to further learning if an individual so desires. 

We want to:
•  Help individuals improve their life and work skills
•  Encourage and support self employment
•  Provide resources and support to encourage learning
•  Assist disadvantaged groups within the community
•  Enable people to change and improve their lives

Certificates - everyone who completes a course gets a certifcate. Please note this is not a nationally recognised qualification but a confirmation that you have done the work. No work needs to be submitted to us and there are no exams or tests.

Funding
The site is self-financing through the use of volunteers and does not seek to make a profit. We welcome sponsorship or funding from those who share our vision of free lifelong learning for all.

Support - the courses give many examples of where you can go to develop your skills and pursue your interests after you have completed a course. The local library network can usually help you progress in whatever you are doing.
